Deed: 12 October 1785, David Hayes of Greenwich to Valentine Biddleman of same place ... L 800 ... 150 acres along the Delaware River in Greenwich bounded by Jacob Starns, William Bishop, Samuel Schooley, John Simcock Jun., Robert Schooley, and David Hayes. Signed by David Hayes. Witness: Elias Biddleman. On 13 Oct 1785 David Hayes gave deposition to Judge Robert Hoops Esq.

Deed: 22 April 1800; Valentine Bidleman of Greenwich Miller & Barbary his wife to Abraham Bidleman of same place, Tanner. David Hayse late of Greenwich Yeoman on 12 October 1785 sold to Valentine Bidleman 150 acres and whereas Hugh Hughes late of same place Esq. & Martha his wife on 4 March 1774 sold to Valentine Bidleman another tract in Greenwich of 50 acres and John Sharps of same place Yeoman & Christina his wife sold on 1 June 1795 a tract of 23 acres & 17 perches. Now for L 1100 he sells 150 acres on the Delaware River. He signed, she X. Witness: Henry Bidleman. On 23 April 1801 they deposed to John Maxwell. (p. 114)

Valentine married Barbara Raub, daughter of Hans Jerg Raub and Maria Barbara Acker (Eckert), in Dec 1758 in Williams Twp., Northampton Co., PA.⁶² (Barbara Raub was born on 7 Feb 1739 in Williams Twp., Northampton Co., PA,^8,62 died on 28 Oct 1812 in Northampton Co., PA ^8,62 and was buried in St. James Lutheran Churchyard, Greenwich Township ⁸.)
