DINNER FOR DANIEL RAUB
A dinner in honor of the seventy-seventh birthday of Daniel B. Raub of Baker Street, Maplewood, will be given tomorrow night at his home by Mrs. Raub and their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Hetzel of Hillside, and sons and daughters-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. D. Willard Raub of Vaux Hall and Mr. and Mrs. Edwin A. Raub of Irvington. Covers will be laid for twelve. Mr. Raub is active in Morrow Memorial Church, Maplewood, and has lived in Maplewood twelve years.

OBITUARY FOR DANIEL RAUB
Suddenly, at Maplewood, NJ, on October 17, 1936. Daniel B . Raub, aged 77 years, beloved husband of Lydia Raub (nee Schilling) and father of Mrs. Gladys Hetzel, Willard and Edwin Raub. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at his home, 115 Baker Street, on Tuesday a fternoon, October 20, at 2 o'clock. Interment in Woodland Cemetery.

OBITUARY FOR DANIEL B. RAUB
Daniel B. Raub, 77, retired Vailsburgh groceryman and former temperance worker, died Saturday at his home, 115 Baker Street, Mapleoowd, from a heart attack.

Mr. Raub was born in Blairstown. When he first came to Newark he worked on the old South Orange Avenue horse car line. He established a grocery business at South Orange Avenue and South Tenth Street which he operated twenty-two years, and then moved to South Orange Avenue and Sanford Avenue, where he conducted a business thirteen years. He retired thirteen years ago.

Mr. Raub was one of three men who voted the first temperance ticket in Essex County. While in Vailsburgh he was active in work of the Vailsburgh Methodist Episcopal Church. In Maplewood he had been active in the Morrow Memorial Methodist Episcopal Church.

He leaves his wife, Mrs. Lydia Raub; a daughter, Mrs. Raymond Hetzel of Hillside; two sons, Willard of Union and Edwin of Newark; a brother, Albert of East Stroudsburg, Pa., and three sisters, Mrs. Mary Hill of Newark, Mrs. Milton W. Mott of Vail and Mrs. J. R. Wildrick of Portland, Pa. Funeral services will be held tomorrow.
